We're halfway through September and Guaranteeing delivery by CHRISTMAS!!!! Hopefully the limitations of the textual medium did not misrepresent the facetiousness of that statement! In all seriousness, if you are considering ordering custom apparel for a Christmas party or otherwise as a gift, now is the time to start thinking about it. We produce and ship fast, but we're still human.
We generally believe that the customer is always right, but sometimes it takes a while for our customers to figure out what is right for their orders. If your order will require approval from some sort of democratic or bureaucratic process, please start the conversation early. We recognize that some organizations only vote on these sorts of purchases once or twice per month. We offer Rush service and take pride in our ability to do so, but hate when we have to tell customers that we can't guarantee their date without it. The earlier you start the process, the better we can devote time to perfecting your order and making sure your holiday event is the best it can be!
In preparation for the holidays, we have a few a few recommendations for personalized firefighter gifts:
- Place your group orders early.
We get VERY busy during the holidays. Our sister website, Something Greek, shares production facilities and reaches peak order volume during the months of November and December. - Consider your additional customizations carefully.
Some of our customizations, such as twill letters/numbers, can push back your shipping date. Printed or embroidered customizations are often a safer bet as they are less laborious to produce in large numbers. - Be clandestine when ordering firefighter awards and firefighter gifts.
You don't want your recipient to find out early and ruin the surprise!! - Order glassware early! Our glassware uses a specialized printing process and we are often very busy trying to produce you and other customer's custom glassware.
